  • How big are the bounce houses?
Our largest White Wedding bounce house is 15 x 14 feet. This might not sound like a lot, but you also have to consider the space around the house for equipment and general safety. Make sure that you have adequate room at your venue. The Peach Bounce Castle is 12 feet by 12 feet. The small White Castle Bounce House is 10 feet by 10 feet. The Boho Rainbow is 10 feet by 10 feet.
  • What happens if the weather turns bad?
For safety reasons, we can't set up bounce castles in bad weather and high winds. There is the risk that they will sustain damage or blow over. Hill Country Bounce will monitor the weather prior to the event date. If the weather unexpectedly turns bad during the event, please unplug the blower to deflate the bounce house.
  • Are bounce houses safe?
While we value the smiles on you and your bouncing guests’ faces most, we also know that safety matters. We’ve got that covered. Our customers deserve a stress-free day, so we’ll ask for waivers to be signed before bouncing begins, and don’t worry, we’re insured. Adult supervision is ALWAYS required.
  • Are your bounce houses cleaned?
Yes! We take excellent care of our bounce houses and will always deliver a vacuumed, cleaned, and sanitized bounce house to your celebration.
  • What surfaces can accommodate the bounce houses?
A flat level surface is needed. Turf, grass, concrete, asphalt, and carpet are great surfaces. No rocks, dirt, or gravel will be permitted.
  • What is the maximum distance from an electrical outlet can the bounce house be set up?
75 ft. from the electrical outlet is the maximum distance. If you are further than 75ft from an electrical outlet or you do not have access to electricity, you will need to supply a generator. We do not supply generators.
  • Can you provide an operator for the bounce house?
Yes. Upon request we have operators for an additional fee. *Please specify this need while reserving.
  • Is there a rental agreement?
Yes! We ask that you read and sign our rental agreement form as well as a liability waiver prior to the day of your event. Our bounce houses cannot be used until both forms are completed.
